  Oshihomimi and Takuhadachiji-hime are the parents of Ame-no-Hoakari and Ninigi. When Oshihomimi refused to descend to the earthly realm, it was Ninigi who was chosen to establish divine rule below.

• Takamimusubi(parent)— Miraculous

  Takuhadachiji-hime, the weaving goddess, was born as the daughter of the primordial Takamimusubi, and through her marriage to Ame-no-Oshihomimi she became the mother of Ninigi, linking the first gods of creation to the imperial divine lineage.
